Rates are in US$ per night and per casita based on double occupancy for the 1-bedroom casita
and quad occupancy for the 2-bedroom casita.

Reservations
You may reserve online using the Online Reservation feature on our website, or by contacting us via phone,
fax or email. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all bookings. Requests for less than 3 nights may be
accepted at Owners' discretion.
Our Reservations Policy
A deposit of 25%, or one night –whichever is greater– is required to guarantee
a reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance.
You may call, email or fax to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit;
please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount
to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. Or provide us
with the information when booking online.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your
booking dates. Payment by bank check (please send by registered airmail and fax us
a copy of the check), or swift transfer is also possible (please contact us for account details).
The deposit will be credited to your account when it is received. The balance
due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
Your reservation guarantees you the casita type reserved, but not the specific
casita number. This means the casita number on your reservation might be changed -
for another casita of the same type and price (or possibly even a free upgrade to
a more expensive one). If you want to reserve a specific casita number and be
guaranteed that specific casita number only, then you need to inform us of this
(in writing). We will then make sure your casita number does not change.
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all reservations. Requests for less than 3
nights may be accepted at owners’ discretion
Our Cancellations Policy
If your reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date,
your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded.
Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete
deposit. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows,
incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
Because we are very strict with our cancellation policy under all circumstances,
we highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect you in the case it becomes
necessary to cancel at the last minute.
